Before you place an order check with your physician and get a list of the items you need.
Browse our payment options and decide how you would like to pay for your order.
You should also check with your local post office or under country restrictions to make sure that your order complies with the rules and regulations the country of your current residence. If you place an order that does not comply with your country’s restrictions we will not fill the order and issue refund.
When you are ready, you can search for the item(s) you need and add them to your shopping cart by clicking on the “Add to Cart” button.
You can then proceed to the check out page and complete your order.
After you place your order
After you complete your order you will immediately receive an email confirming your order has been placed. This email will be from orders@internationalpharmacy.com and the title will be “Your InternationalPharmacy.com Order”.
Please note that your order will not be filled until payment has been received. The above email will have information about how to submit your payment. We will also send you a separate email from feedback@internationalpharamcy.com titled “Payment instructions for your IPS order No. (your order number)”.
Once your payment has been received we will send you another email from feedback@internationapharmacy.com titled “confirmation of receipt of payment for your IPS Order”.
We will then check your order for any possible problems. At this point you may receive an email from feedback@internationalpharmacy.com informing you if there are any problems with your order.
Provided there are no problems, your order is prepared for shipment on the same or next business day. Once your order has been filled you will receive an email from feedback@internationalpharmacy.com. The subject will be Shipping confirmation for your IPS order.
If you do not receive any of the above emails please contact us immediately.
