Refund Policy

Buyer has the right to cancel or adjust an order after payment has been received as long as the Products haven't been shipped.  Once the order has been shipped it can no longer be adjusted or cancelled.

Please note that all sales are final and we can not accept returns.  Please contact us if you have purchased an item that you no longer want and we will consider issuing a full refund on a case by case basis.

If we have shipped the wrong Product(s) or Product(s) have arrived in a damaged condition please contact us at once. In such cases full credit will be issued or a second shipment will be made at no additional charge depending on what the buyer prefers.
